1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).
2. Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders across the USA, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Our goal is to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please note the following timeframes:

Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Transit Time: 5 to 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time)
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your Hobby Boxes are handled with care.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@flowhobby.com with photos of the packaging. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting our support team.
7. Address Changes
We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
