Refund policy

At FlowHobby, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of the products we sell (Trading Card Games, Hobby Boxes, and Collectibles), specific conditions apply to returns and refunds to ensure the integrity of our inventory.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unopened and Factory Sealed: Hobby Boxes, packs, and decks must have the original shrink-wrap or factory seal intact.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened, tampered with, or where the factory seal is broken.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@flowhobby.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not due to our error (e.g., "changed my mind"). This helps cover the cost of processing and inspection.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
