How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required!

How long will it take to receive my order? We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 5-8 business days via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, FlowHobby ships exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).

2. Product Authenticity & Quality

Are your Hobby Boxes factory sealed? Absolutely! Every single product at FlowHobby is 100% factory-sealed and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for searched or tampered products.

What happens if my box arrives damaged? We take great pride in our premium packaging. However, if your box arrives with significant damage to the seal, please contact us at contact@flowhobby.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I don't get the cards I wanted? Due to the volatile nature of Trading Card Games and sports collectibles, we cannot accept returns on any opened or unsealed products. All sales are final once the factory shrink-wrap or seal is broken.

What is your return window for sealed items? We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are completely unopened and in their original, factory-sealed condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply.

4. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my shopping experience secure? Yes. FlowHobby is hosted on the Shopify platform and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment data is fully secured.

5. Orders & Tracking

How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package directly on our website or the carrier's portal.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellations.
